- Chia seeds – 6 tbsp
- Raw Cacao Powder – 2 tbsp
- Honey/Maple syrup – 2 tbsp or 1 tbsp + 12 drops stevia
- Almond butter – 4 tbsp – optional
- Coconut milk / almond milk / oat milk – 2 cup
- Vanilla – 1 tsp
- Celtic sea salt pinch
- Spices – five spice, cinnamon, anise, nutmeg
- Yellow Maca powder – 2 tsps – optional
- Masons Mushroom Extract – 1 tsp – optional
- Mesquite powder – 1.5 tsp – optional
- Coconut oil melted – 1 tbsp
For Garnish – chopped nuts, dessicated coconut, fresh berries, banana, dark chocolate pieces and cacao nibs
Blend all ingredients except the ones for garnish. Serve topped with fresh fruits (cherries, blueberries), soaked chopped nuts, cacao nibs and dark chocolate or cacao nibs. Enjoy!
