We hold Osho meditations once a month on the 3rd saturday.
Please join us for Chakra Sounds Meditation on Saturday, February 17th, 6pm to 7pm.
Venue: Beach Haven House, 130 Beach Haven Road, Beach Haven, North Shore, Auckland
Suggested Contribution: $5 to $10
There will be tea and refreshments after the meditation.
What to bring/wear:
– bottle of water to keep you hydrated
– comfortable clothing
– open mind and heart
– a cushion if handy to sit on
Please arrive 5 to 10 min before 6pm to settle in. If not enough people are joining the event will be cancelled and everyone who RSVP-ied will be notified.

What is Meditation?
“Meditation is rest, absolute rest, a full stop to all activity – physical, mental, emotional. When you are in such a deep rest that nothing stirs in you, when all action as such ceases – as if you are fast asleep yet awake – you come to know who you are. Suddenly the window opens. Cosmic Sounds Session
This is a unique and beautiful combination of body work and healing cosmic sounds. It is a combination of Tibetan Bowl, Cymbals and Sanskrit Vedic Mantra chanting. The overtone sound vibrations from the bowl and cymbals penetrate through the body deeper into the soul and open up the energy channels. To activate the energy flow and dissolve blockages, Reiki is given during the session. It is a meditative experience and will leave you deeply relaxed and in touch with your true nature.
