In a bowl mix all dry ingredients. In a blender add banana, coconut cream and all the dry ingredients and vanilla essence. Blend until smooth. If the mixture is dry add more cream and banana. make sure it is not too liquid, just a thick creamy consistency.
Spoon it out in silicon molds. You can add any decorations of your choice like nut pieces, goji berries. Freeze overnight. Take it out of the molds and store in an airtight container in freezer. When ready to eat take it out of freezer and thaw for 10 min.
