This workshop is all about raw, real and wholesome desserts, nut and seed butters and anti-inflammatory foods, herbs and super foods. Come and join us and play while preparing these gourmet dishes and more.

– Banana Beetroot Bliss
– Tahini Carob Fudge

You will also learn about alkaline foods, herbs and super foods that help to keep inflammation at bay.

Investment ´: $50 per person. It includes recipes, dishes to try, dried and fresh garden herbs to take home and seeds to grow your own greens and veggies.

 These are some photos from the workshop held on 19th Nov. It was educational, fun and inspiring and friends enjoyed learning new ways of preparing raw, wholesome and delicious dishes.


“I had a lovely morning during the Raw workshop. We were made to feel comfortable straight away and Manasi was very inspiring and gave good tips on how to incorporate more raw food into our diet. We had fun making a new version of carb-free sushi. She explained why to add certain condiments and how they help the body. All in all a lovely experience and good food.”
