This is one of my favourite recipes when I want to make something nutty and chocolatey. I use only organic and raw ingredients.
1/2 cup Cacao Butter melted (you can use Coconut oil instead)
3/4 cup Raw Cacao Powder
1/4 cup Agave Syrup (you can adjust this according to your taste, or adda few drops of Stevia to it)
Pinch of Sea Salt (salt brings out the sweet flavour and gives a depth)
1/2 cup Roasted Almonds
1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
Line a cookie tray with a parchment paper. Grate the Cacao Butter in the food processor, it goes real fast. Melt it gently on low heat in a double boiler. Add cacao powder, agave syrup and salt. Add almonds and cranberries. Stir nicely until it is well mixed. Pour the mixture in the cokie tray. Let it set in the fridge of freezer. Break in small pieces and enjoy!
