Makes 2 glasses

  • 1 pear peeled
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped up
  • 1/4 avocado
  • handful of your favorite greens – baby spinach, young lettuce
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao
  • optional – 1 tsp raw honey or agave or coconut nectar
  • some dairy free milk to blend – oat, almond, ice or coconut milk
  • handful of ice cubes

Blend all ingredients, pour in a decorative glass and enjoy. It can be served as chocolate custard because it has a creamy texture due to avocado and frozen bananas.
