Makes 2 glasses
- 1 pear peeled
- 1 frozen banana, chopped up
- 1/4 avocado
- handful of your favorite greens – baby spinach, young lettuce
- 1 tbsp raw cacao
- optional – 1 tsp raw honey or agave or coconut nectar
- some dairy free milk to blend – oat, almond, ice or coconut milk
- handful of ice cubes
Blend all ingredients, pour in a decorative glass and enjoy. It can be served as chocolate custard because it has a creamy texture due to avocado and frozen bananas.
