1 Pear peeled

1 Frozen Banana, chopped up

1/4 avocado

handful of your favourite greens – baby spinach, young lettuce

1 tbsp raw cacao

1 tsp raw honey or Agave syrup (low glycemic)

Oat milk/Almond milk/Rice milk

Blend all ingredients, pour in a decorative glass and enjoy. It can be served as chocolate custard with a cake.
