This is one of my favourite recipes when I want to make something nutty, chocolatey and infused with depth and goodness of medicinal mushrooms. I use only organic and raw ingredients. This recipe is ideal for vegans. It is gluten, dairy and refined sugar free.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Cacao Butter melted (you can use Coconut oil instead)
3/4 cup Raw Cacao Powder
1/4 cup Agave Syrup (you can adjust this according to your taste, or add a few drops of Stevia to it)
Pinch of Sea Salt (salt brings out the sweet flavour and gives a depth)
1/2 cup Roasted Almonds
1/4 cup Dried Cranberries

1 tsp Mason’s Mushrooms Extract

1 tsp He Shou Wu Extract

Method:

Line a cookie tray with a parchment paper. Grate the Cacao Butter in  the food processor, it goes real fast. Melt it gently on low heat in a double boiler. Add cacao powder, Mason’s Mushrooms extract, He Shou Wu extract, agave syrup and salt. Add almonds and cranberries. Stir nicely until it is well mixed. Pour the mixture in the cookie tray. Let it set in the fridge of freezer. Break in small pieces and enjoy!
