Ingredients: makes 12 small truffles

  • 8 tblsp hemp seeds
  • 4 tblsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tblsp almonds
  • 2 tblsp cacao powder
  • 2 tblsp fine dessicated coconut
  • 2 soaked and mashed medjool dates or 1 tblsp coconut sugar
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp five spice powder or cinnamon powder
  • 1 tblsp maca powder
  • 1/2 tsp Lion’s Mane Mushroom powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chaga Mushroom powder
  • 1/2 tsp Reishi Mushroom powder
  • 1 tblsp melted coconut oil/tahini
  • little water or plant based milk if required


Process all the seeds and nuts until fine. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Make small balls. Roll in a hemp or sesame seeds and then in a mix of cacao and coconut sugar. This keeps them separate from each other and looks nice. Store in the fridge or freezer.
