Ingredients: makes 12 small truffles
- 8 tblsp hemp seeds
- 4 tblsp sesame seeds
- 4 tblsp almond flour
- 2 tblsp raw cacao powder
- 2 soaked and mashed medjool dates or 1 tblsp coconut sugar
- pinch sea salt
- 1/2 tsp 5 spice or cinnamon
- 1 tblsp maca powder
- 1 tsp functional mushrooms extract
- 1 tblsp melted coconut oil/tahini
- some water if required
Method:
Process all the seeds until fine. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Make small balls. Roll in a hemp or sesame seeds and then in a mix of cacao and coconut sugar. This makes them keep separate from each other and looks nice too. Store in the fridge or freezer.
