I have been Earthing since June 2023 and it has taken my health to a different level. My digestion, sleep and energy are way better. My nervous system is more in the parasympathetic mode (rest-relax-digest), rather than in the sympathetic mode (fight-flight-freeze). Vitality, motivation and mental focus has increased.
