Method:

Heat the milk and water, add the ceremonial cacao, crushed cardamom, all spice powder, coconut sugar. If using honey don’t heat it, rather add it at the end in the cup. Cover and simmer for 1 to 2 min. Stir with a spoon or with a battery run whizz, it will create a lovely creamy froth. In two cups, add 1/4 tsp each Chaga Extract. Pour the warm spiced cacao milk in the cup. Sprinkle some cacao powder or cinnamon powder, sit back and enjoy! Relish the heart opening quality of this drink as the ceremonial cacao renders its nourishment to your body, mind and soul!

1 cup milk of choice

1 cup filtered water

30 gm ceremonial cacao paste

1/2 tsp chaga extract

2 tsp coconut sugar or honey to taste

2 cardamom pods crushed

1/2 tsp all spice powder
