  Bliss Ball Truffles

Bliss Truffles

1 cup Organic Almonds roasted

1 cup Organic Sesame seeds roasted

1 cup Organic Pitted dates

1 cup Organic dried Apricots

4 tbsp Cacao Powder

4 tbsp Coconut flakes

pieces of dark chocolate

dash of sea salt

1 tsp cinnamon

Process Almonds in a food processor till they become fine. Add sesame seeds and process. Add chopped up dates and apricots and process till the mixture becomes fine and sticky. Add cacao powder, cinnamon and salt. Process further. take out in a bowl, add chocolate pieces. make small balls, dip in cocoa powder, Goji Berries, coconut flakes or sesame seeds. Enjoy! Store in a sealed container. Can be kept up to 2 weeks in the fridge.

Tip: Double the recipe and store half the dough in freezer for use at a later stage. makes things easy 🙂
