Ingredients:

- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp Slipper Elm powder
- 1 tsp of Mason’s Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Maca
- 1 tsp Black Currant powder
- handful of frozen blueberries
- pinch salt
- approx 1/2 cup soaked cashew nuts
- about 2 cups water
- a small handful of ice
- and a big tbsp of Tremella
