Lonnoc Eco Beach Bungalows
Lonnoc Eco Beach Bungalows in Espiritu Santo, Vanuatu is truly a Paradise on Earth… It is owned by Kalmer and Louisa Vocor, the local people of Vanuatu. Kalmer also established a Tourism and Hospitality School to train young generation in this area and help them in their career.
Me and my husband Dieter have visited them twice in 2 years. First time was in Aug 2017 and fell in love with the people and this beautiful, pristine and warm place. We re-visited them in Oct 2019, stayed for 3 weeks and did more than just enjoying holidays. We helped them improve their menu and overall look and feel of place as well as created a new website.
The food offered at their restaurant is made with organic, seasonal and local produce. Since I work in the area of wellness, wholefoods nutrition and Ayurveda, I was naturally inclined to help them improve their menu even further and take it to a different level. I introduced them to many more new dishes that cater for vegan, vegetarian, dairy and gluten free requirements which are now included in their new Menu. I also expanded their menu choices to cover popular and favourite German, French, Swiss, South Pacific, Asian, Indian dishes. We worked together to include more local Vanuatu dishes in the menu. (Link to Menu cards) They asked us to help them with their bookings and create a new website which we gladly accepted, as we wanted to help them.

Accommodation at Lonnoc Eco Beach Bungalows is bungalow style which is just 20 mtrs away from pristine ocean and soft powdery white sand beach. Bungalows are cozy and comfortable with all amenities including own shower, toilet, covered veranda to enjoy the views. Snorkeling, kayaking and swimming is a delight. One can go to nearby beaches like the famous Champagne Beach with kayaks that are available freely to the staying guests. It is all solar powdered and backed up by generator during certain times of the day as needed. There are many activities one can do around the place, like visiting Blue Holes and more…all information is in the website above or just chill and relax on the beach with a book and fresh coconut water!
