Raw Cacao Chia Bliss | Ayurveda Mandala

Serves 6

  • Chia seeds – 6 tbsp
  • Raw Cocoa Powder – 3 tbsp
  • Honey/Maple syrup – 2 tbsp or 1 tbsp + 12 drops stevia
  • Almond butter – 4 tbsp – optional
  • Milk – 2 cups – coconut milk or coconut cream, almond milk, oat milk
  • Vanilla – half tsp
  • Celtic sea salt pinch
  • Spices – optional – Five spice, cinnamon, anise
  • Maca powder – 1.5 tsp
  • Mesquite powder – 1.5 tsp
  • Coconut oil – 2 tbsp

For Garnish – chopped nuts, fresh cherries or blueberries, dark chocolate pieces and cacao nibs

Blend all ingredients. Serve topped with fresh fruits (cherries, blueberries), soaked chopped nuts, cacao nibs and dark chocolate or cacao nibs. Enjoy!
